# NewFile(FileName) hash function

Valid for use with hash command: HMI_Log

Causes a new file to be created according to the rules tabulated under FileOpen. Note that FileOpen is enough to create the initial instance of a file name. NewFile is used to either increment the sequence number on an existing numbered file or overwrite an existing non-numbered file.
