# CursorRel(r|y:dRow, c|x:dColumn) hash function

Valid for use with hash command: HMI. Arguments may be specified as Name:Value Pairs

Implemented on the following platforms: HMi430, Android, Windows (except Alpha)

Moves the cursor for subsequent Text relative to its current position. dRow and dCol can be positive or negative numbers, including numbers like 4.5 or -3.25. The number is always interpreted as a multiple of the default character size.
