XwireGetErrCount [D>=20]
In an Xwire master, push the error count into X and reset the count. This will give a count of how many Xwire polls have failed, due to all causes, since the previous time this instruction was executed.
Dialect restriction: This instruction is not implemented on boards prior to dialect D=20.
