USB232
Not all USB to serial (RS232) adaptors are created equal.
If your computer lacks a serial (COM, RS232 port) you will need an adaptor.
The adaptor we offer is based on the FTDI chips, which have proven themselves
the most dependable. Two of our competitors have come to the same conclusion. In fact,
if you call us with problems connecting to your SPLat via a USB adaptor, we are unable to offer support
unless you are using an FTDI based adaptor.
We carry this adaptor purely as a convenience service, so you can order it with your
SPLat Developer's Kit. Does not include drivers for Vista.

- 24VDC 0.6A power supply
A switchmode wall plug style 24VDC power supply. This is indended primarily for use during
development work. It is supplied with the output wires unterminated so you can fit the
appropriate SPLat power connector from your SPLar Developer's Kit.
We carry this purely as a convenience service, so you can order it with your
SPLat Developer's Kit.
Note: This is a US style mains unit. It is not available to customers outside North America.
