OBCB_GoIfB LLLL [D>=19]

PC = <OBCB in phase B> ? LLLL : (PC + 1)

Go to program line LLLL if the OnBoard Counter B time base is in phase B. This provides a method for testing and synchronizing operations to the time base.

OBCB provides a medium speed counting feature on multiple inputs of selected controllers. Please refer to specific controller documentation for details as well as OBCB generic documentation.

Dialect exclusions: Not available in dialects before 19.

Note: At time of writing there is no simulation of the OBCA in SPLat/PC
