GoIfT LLLL

PC = (X != 0) ? LLLL : (PC + 1); X=Y; Y=Z; Z=T

The GoIfT instruction will go to the program line LLLL if the previous operation gave a TRUE result.

This is an alias for (does exactly the same as) GoIfNZ intended for FastTrack users.  This means it will pop the register stack.
