Tests if event e is tripped and pushes the result into X. X becomes True if the event is tripped.
An event can only be tested for tripped once per trip. See RTC documentation and tutorial
The event number e will be jndexed when executed inside a MultiTrack task and will be indexed if the instruction is preceded by the IasJ: precode.
Dialect exclusions: Not available in dialects before 16.
