New subscription management instructions from December 2003:
Note that the emails described below are not normally read by a person, so don't send me messages in them.
To be removed from the mailing list: Send an empty email to news2008@splatco.com with the word Remove on it's own in the Subject line. NOTE: This will work only if your "From:" email address (as set up in your email program) matches the one where you received this newsletter.
Alternatively send an empty email to news2008@splatco.com with a subject line starting with the word Unlist followed by the email address the newsletter notice was actually sent to, for example:
To be added to the mailing list: Send an empty email to news2008@splatco.com with the phrase Add me in the subject line on its own. You will be subscribed at the address you send that email from. We do not allow a different address to be nominated, to avoid pranks.
To change the subscribed address send two requests: one to be removed from the old address and one to subscribe the new address.
If you've previously asked to be removed and it hasn't worked, please accept my apologies. It's not deliberate. Contact us through our web contacts page with the actual address the newsletter was sent to and we will manually delete it from the list.
