Each product offered for sale on our website is encoded with a shipping weight.
The shipping rate calculator takes into account the total weight of the goods you order,
plus a 200g (7oz) allowance for packaging and paper work.
Please be sure to include an accurate email address and phone number with your order.
To USA/Canada
Between January 20 and February 5 2012 our US office will be relocating from Boston to Orlando.
During that time US/Canada shipments will come from Australia. You will be charged FedEx overnight
rates but the shipment will actually come by international express postal courier (ECI). -->
We are an Australian company with our manufacturing and main warehousing in Australia.
We can ship most small orders
for US and Canadian customers from our US warehouse. For these destinations you have choice
of the most popular domestic FedEx and USPS shipping methods.
Destinations outside USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand
For most destinations outside USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand we use ECI Couriers.
For some countries we may insist on using your selected shipping company account.
You can also use your own carrier freight collect.
Freight collect (Any destination)
If you have an account with a shipping company like FedEx, UPS etc, you may wish
to quote your account details and have us instruct your company to bill you.
If you select this option please provide the necessary details in the
Special Instructions box on the Checkout page. We may make a small service charge
for this to cover us for the extra work.
