Keep in touch with RSS!!

RSS is the latest "craze" for keeping in touch with what's happening on the Web. If you haven't caught up with it yet, I suggest you spend a bit of time checking it out. There are a million RSS tutorials on the Web, so I am not going to write another one. Instead, I'll give you a brief overview of how RSS can make your life easier.

Do you make web pages? Check out FireBug!

I just stumbled on a very powerful tool for web developers. FireBug is an add-on that integrates with Firefox to put a wealth of web development tools at your fingertips while you browse. You can edit, debug, and monitor CSS, HTML, and JavaScript live in any web page. If you make web pages, this is definitely a tool you should check out. It is very impressive.

Spam control: Disposable email addresses

Here's a tip for controlling spam:

When you sign up for something online, like a newsletter or to make a purchase, you have to give out an email address. With this comes the risk of your address being harvested and used to send you spam.

Now there's a neat way of protecting yourself from this.
